Since the founding of Merkaz L'Taharat Ha'Mishpacha, Gedolei Yisroel have always been at the helm of the organization taking an active leadership role. The Admorim of Gur, Wiznitz and Belz Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, Lubavitcher Rebbe, Husuyatiner Rebbe, Rabbi Aaron Kotler, Rabbi Yechezkel Abramsky, Rabbi Yisroel Abu Chatzera- Baba Sali, Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach, Maran HaGaon Rabbi Ovadya Yosef, Maran Ha'Gaon Rav Aharon Yehuda Leib Steinmann Zichronom l'vrocha.
Incumbent President:
Rabbi Mordechai Auerbach of Tel Aviv is the president of Merkaz L'Taharat Ha'Mishpacha. He has served as president since the passing of his father Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach in 5755.
Members of the presidium to date are Maran Sar Ha'Torah Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, Rabbi Gershon Edelstein, Rabbi Shalom Cohen, Rabbi Dov Landau, Rabbi Boruch Mordechai Ezrachi, the Admorim of Boyan, Modzitz and Zvhil, Rabbi Shimon Baadani, Rabbi Yakov Hillel, and Rabbi Reuvain Elbaz. The presidium is an indicator of the broad esteem and veneration that Merkaz L'Taharat Ha'Mishpacha has by all Gedolei H a'dor.

Rabbi Chaim Levi is the CEO of the organization and fills the place of his unforgettable father, Rabbi Yehoshua Levi who was the director of the Merkaz for over 60 years.
