Shvut Rachel is a religious community settlement located in the Shilo Bloc area of the Binyamin region.
The mikvah in the settlement has been in existence for over 30 years and is in urgent need of immediate renovation. The current condition of the mikvah does not meet the required standards and poses a significant challenge for the residents. Additionally, the settlement is undergoing expansion, with many young families moving in, further emphasizing the pressing need for a renovated and upgraded mikvah to meet the growing community's needs.
