Moshav Noam is in the Lachish region. It was established in 1955 by Moroccan immigrants and is under the jurisdiction of the Sha r Regional Council. The current mikvah is
extremely old.
The ceilings are peeling, there is signifcant humidity, and the walls in the rooms are not built up to the ceiling, infringing on the privacy of the premises' users.
