Herzliya is a coastal city in the Sharon area of Israel, and it is located about 10 kilometers to the north of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
The Sirkin area is home to secular and traditional families.
The current mikvah services the entire neighborhood and is in a run-down old-fashioned condition. This is extremely off-putting to the residents, and usage has declined to make the mikvah almost inactive.
The new mikvah building will be spacious and includes four preparation rooms, two mikvahs, a luxurious lobby, a foyer, a rainwater reservoir, an otzar to collect the rainwater, and room for machinery.
