About the project Mikvah Charutzim

The village of Charutzim in the Sharon region in central Israel was founded in 1951.

Affiliation: Secular.

The present mikvah is extremely old and run-down. This causes many halachic and technical problems. Additionally, the mikvah's state is uninviting to the village's residents.

A few years ago, residents approached Merkaz L'taharat Ha'Mishpacha requesting assistance in renovating the existing mikvah; however, the local regional council could not provide any financing. Merkaz L'Taharat Ha'Mishpacha did the necessary repairs to enable further usage of the facility. Presently, it is critical to revamping the mikvah completely, and the organization has undertaken to fund the total costs of the extensive renovation.
